Complex, juicy and fragrant. Great for pour over coffee. A juicy and complex single origin espresso too, but not recommended for beginners.

These light roasted beans have sweet floral fragrance. The dry grinds initially smells floral, then spices and wine, later fruity sweetness. The pour over coffee tastes sweet, juicy and complex, refreshing, pleasant, bright, with notes of lemon and honey. As the cup temperature reduces, it becomes sweeter - the wine flavor starts to show up, with notes of blueberry and green grape. It's so juicy, so sweet and sooooooooooo complex that you won't miss.

Recommended Brew

Recommended for Easy Pour Over, Pour Over, Siphon and AeroPress.

For Hario V60, recommend the bean to water brew ratio to be 1:15, water temperature to be 198F~200F, brew time preferred to be 2:45.

For espresso, grind it slightly finer than you usually do with those medium to dark roasted beans; and brew at 202F.

依索比亞 -古伎 - 酒香果味

淺烘焙。香氣撲鼻,果味馥郁,複雜多變,就是這支古伎咖啡新品的特色!

它香氛多變。原豆散發甜美花香。磨成粉時,最開始是清幽花香,繼之則是香料和酒的感覺,再之後是水果的甜香。沖泡的時候也不時花果香氣裊裊。

手沖咖啡的味道層次分明而變幻。最開始的感覺是果味十足,很甜,複雜度高,酸度明亮,清新如檸檬,甜潤如蜂蜜。過一會兒,咖啡的溫度稍降,味道又有不同。酸度變得更柔和,甜度更強烈,酒的感覺出來了,並且帶著藍莓和綠葡萄的果味。

做Espresso或者拿鐵也可,也是是高複雜度果味十足。不過,這支咖啡豆,如果做意式咖啡,需要技巧,所以新手慎入。
