What is Classical Coffee

Coffee, which have low acidity, smooth, some slightly rustic, big body, usually syrupy mouth feel, are categorized as Classical coffee. At Voca Coffee, the Classical type of coffee are usually of medium to dark roast, where we view as the golden balance point, which minimized the acidity and maximize the smoothness, yet preserved coffee's original aroma, flavor characteristics and complexity. 

For example, in Voca Coffee's coffee collections, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Yunnan Baoshan Typica and the Ethiopia Classical Blend etc. are considered as Classical.

It's very easy to brew. Simply take out the filter, sit it on a cup and add hot water. Voila, ready to drink.
