Course Contents

The course will cover coffee foundamentals, espresso extraction, techniques about frothing milk and latte art.

There are total 4 sessions in this course, each session will be 2 hours. In each session, the first hour will be presentation about coffee basics and latte making techniques;
in the second hour, the students will hands-on experience and practice brewing espresso and making latte art using professional coffee equipment.

After each class, each student is expected to practice espresso brewing and latte art at home. The student can also choose to practice at Voca Coffee Studio at minimum cost during the business hours of the studio.

All students can participate in discussion forum to interact with other students and the instructor.

Class Time

Class time will be coordinated according to the availability of the attendees and Voca Coffee staff.

For your reference, for the past two classes, one was held on Monday 12 PM ~ 2 PM; the other on Saturday 2 PM ~ 4 PM, for 4 consecutive weeks.

Confirmation, Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

You may receive a class confirmation within 2 days after you place the order.
You may get 100% refund if you cancel a course order 2 weeks prior to the course starts. If you cancel it within two weeks before the course starts, you may get 75% refund. Once the first session of the course has started, you may not get refund.
You may request to reschedule the class prior to the class takes place, by writing an email to Voca Coffee at voca@vocacoffee.com.
Voca Coffee reserves the rights to cancel or reschedule any classes. In such case, you may request for 100% refund prorated for the classes that has not taken place.

共四堂课，每堂课两小时。其中约一小时讲咖啡基础知识和意式拿铁技巧；另一小时学员自己动手，在专业咖啡机上体验练习，有有充裕的时间练习研磨，压粉，萃取，打奶泡，和拉花。

每堂课上，还提供当地甜点大师的各式健康精致美点。有咖啡，必得有甜点，才圆满嘛

每堂课课后有作业，学员需要练习打奶泡和拉花。另外，学员也可以参与体验课程的微信讨论群，与老师和其他学员互动。
